How to order?
In [ Online Store ] page, select your interested products and read through their information inside before making an order to make sure you will receive the best out of us! If you have any question about products, you can send me some message through Live Chat, Email, or Line@. I will help you out as soon as possible. Click [ Add to cart ] button to add them to your [ Cart ].
How to search for products?
If you already have your loved products in mind, you can search them up in our left sidebar. You can also shop products by category there. Just hit it up!
Where are the products I added to cart?
To see your [ Cart ], on desktop site you can see items showing on cart icon on the main menu above. Simply click on it or select [ Cart ] from a drop-down menu on [ My Account ] to see inside your cart. On mobile site, you can scroll down to the bottom to see your selected items in a cart menu.
On [ Cart ] page you can remove and add quantity to products. You can also apply coupon and add your shipping method + destination country to see total costs.
Proceed to check out
Now it is time to check out! if you haven’t create an account yet but already processed to check-out page, don’t worry, you are allowed to make one without losing current products in your cart. Logged-in customers with addresses added in their account will have their billing & shipping information filled automatically. You can continue to payment now!
Payment completed
After payment completed, you can see your order status as ‘ processing ‘ in [ Orders ] page under [ My Account ]. If your payment hasn’t completed yet, your order will have ‘on hold’ or ‘pending payment’ status, and you will see [ Pay ] button on your order. Please make your payment within 24 hrs after placing an order unless your order will be automatically cancelled and back to stock. You can place an order again if the items are still available.
We will ship completed payment orders within 2 business days and 7-10 days for custom-made orders. You will be informed about your orders status via your email and tracking numbers will be added to your orders page for you to track them easily.
Thai customers
Thai customers can pay via

– Credit/Debit card via Paypal (without Paypal account)
– Paypal
How to make Direct Bank Transfer payment
1. In check-out page, fill in required fields then press [ Place an order ] button.
2. Customers will be directed to a summary page with banks and order details. Customers will also receive the details in a given email.
3. After making payment, please go to [ Orders ] page. Select an order you would like to confirm payment and upload a transfer receipt.
International customers
Only Paypal accepted for international orders.
Most orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. We ship to most countries around the world.
Completed payment orders will be shipped within 2 business days and 7-10 days for custom-made orders. Tracking number will be added to your orders page after they are shipped.
Thailand delivery
All domestic orders get free express shipping. Your order may be shipped via Flash Express, J&T Express, Thailand Post, or Alpha Fast, depending on your shipping address.
International delivery
Shipping fee is calculated based on item’s estimated weight plus operation fee. It only starts approximately at 6.5 USD!
Economy shipping is a small packet SAL shipping with tracking number, takings up to 30 days for delivery.
Standard shipping is a small packet air / Epacket shipping with tracking number, taking 7-14 business days for delivery.
DHL Express is an express shipping with tracking number, taking 2-4 business days for delivery.
Any additional taxes, fees, and duties are customer’s responsibilities.
Your orders are trackable on your orders page.
– We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent with a trackable, insured service.
– We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition once checked.
– We are not responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs of the items. We only give refunds on items price. However, customers can request for full/partial refunds on shipping cost if the issues appear to cause by seller mistake.
– We do not accept cancellations.
